Before submitting a Hold Request…A reminder from our membership agreement that we do have holds for up to TWO WEEKS each 6 month period as an extra member perk. 

If you have used up your hold period, we still have your back!  Email info@eliteendurance1.com !

Notes: 

  • You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for up to TWO WEEKS each 6 month period.  
  • Your membership hold will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate.
  • Your membership hold needs to be submitted 5 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE.
  • Your membership hold will be processed in 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
  • This prior notification is REQUIRED by the billing company.
  • If you are billed during the time frame your hold is active (and we have received your notice 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR), your payment will be refunded.

*The two week membership hold is for memberships that are six months or longer.

*Month-to-month memberships do not qualify for the two week hold.
