Each member at Elite Endurance has an inner athlete, and Nick strives to drive each member to find it. With years of coaching experience, Nick’s abilities really shine when developing programs and even adapting them to each member’s specific needs, strengths, and limitations. Whether it’s in a large group workout setting, or a semi private session, Nick finds that communication is a priority to more effectively coach and ultimately help members achieve their fitness goals, no matter what they may be.

About Tim Urbanik
Owner/Strength and Conditioning Coach
During his junior year of high school, Tim became very ill to the point where he could barely move around and was consequently hospitalized. After a battery of tests and inconclusive findings, a blood clot was finally discovered that had caused a lot of damage and led to multiple operations. During his prolonged time in the hospital, Tim had a realization of how priceless your health truly is. He worked hard throughout his life, both in education and fitness, going on to become a firefighter and receive his Masters of Kinesiology. Being a goal-setter and passionate about teaching others about the importance of health and fitness, Elite Endurance was born.
